Earth Day
What do you feel that our school can do to help out the community of Warner on Earth Day? Do you feel that this one day of difference can help create change for the rest of the year?
We could try to conseve some energy and other things like saving water and electricity. Also we could go around town and pick up trash and plant a tree
I think that we should take a whole day off of school and do things in our community. We could pick up garbage, plant trees, and do other things like that. I think that it can make a difference but, we should also do those things throughout the year.
No, one day will not help with the rest of the year. We have to keep up with the Earth because one day wont help if we just stop. People would not keep working on it. We can take a day off to pick of garbage and make recycle places.
i think that warner can slow down on using so much paper in the printer and i think that people might change for earth day but only for one day people will go back to using paper alot
I think that we should take the whole day of school instead of doing homework we could go and pick up garbage, use paper wisely, and plant more trees. It could make a difference because it will save the animals and it will help earth be a healthier planet.
We could try to not use to much water or when students arent in a room shut off the lights, but i think also making the posters we made yesterday conserved paper. Unfortunatley, i dont think this one little thing could make a change for the rest of the year. Like us saving energy in the little town of warner is gonna make everyone else start saving energy, srry.
I think that we can go plant trees. We can also go out and pick up garbage. I also think that it would be kindof cool if all the teachers turned off the lights for like a couple of hours. That would be kindof cool.
I think that we should get out a day for Eart hDay to help out our community. I think that one day of earth day will make a difference but out of 300 days a year it wont really matter.
I think that a lot of people could help by turning off their energy. More people could also plant a tree or something. They could also pick up garbage that people have thrown on the ground.
I think that we should just go outside and pick up garabage and plant trees. To help the earth we should also turn most of the lights off all day in the school. The sun has lights and we can save power and energy too.
No jk but we could do things like use more efficient light bulb maybe we could all plant trees and then we could pick up around town and we need to do this more than just 1 time a year.
For Earth Day i think that we should get out of skewl for the 1st 2 hrs & go around town picking up trash & cleaning up the community. Its what we did in elementry & it was prty fun. i kinda like the whole poster thing that were doing in class this week 2.

I think that one day can make a difference, if everyone makes a change for that one day. Sometimes you can change your habbit, even if you only due it a few times.
