Energy

What is the main sources of energy within the United States? Make sure that you include percentages. Also what can we do to help change some of your energy sources?

I cant really find any percentages for the objects. But some of the sources of them that i found are: natural gas, coal, and wind/water. I found out that we can use renewable sources of energy instead of nonrenewable.

Fossil Fuels and water and wind. We can help by not using so many fuels and preserve energy and stuff.

39% Petroleum, 23% Coal and Natural Gas, 8% Nuclear, 4% Hydroelectric, and 3% Biomass and others. To help the energy sources change so that we use better and more enviromental friendly would be to do things like more hydroelectric power. We have so many rivers in the world that we should be able to get electricty from them like that.

Our main sources of energy are fossil fuels, wind , and water. We try to stop using nonrenewable resouces because you renew them.

Some main sources of energy are that they are natural gas, coal, and also wind or water, or hydroelectric. Petriloum is 30% and hydroelectric power isabout 4% and thereis also coal and natural gas which is 23%. WE can use renewable resources instead of non renewable resources. We can also use hydroelectric power.

Petroleum produces 39% of all of our energy. Coal and Natural gas both produce 23% of our power. Nuclear then produces 8%. Then biomass and Hydroeletric produce 7% of the energy. We can change to more renawable energy like wind power to creat more energy.

Petroleum- 39%, Biomass and others- 3%, Hydroelectric- 4%, Nulear- 8%, Natural Gas- 23%, and Coal- 23%. We can use renewable resources instead of nonrenewable resources. This will save alot.

The main source of energy in the US is petroleum. It is 39%. Other ones are coal (23%), natural gas (23%), nuclear (8%), hydrolectric (4%), and biomass and others at 3%. We could start using water, wind, the sun, and other things for energy. We should try to use more renewable sources so we don't run out.

I think that they are probably natural gases, coal, wind or water. I think that the best way is by wind or water because these are renewable resorces and wont hurt our enviroment.

The main source of energy in the U.S. is by burning fossil fuels. Fossil Fuels make up about 70% of the United States electicity. The rest of our energy is created by nuclear power, wind power, and hydroelectric power. Nonrenewable energy sources should be cut back and we should be using more of our resorces such as water and wind, instead of coal and petroleum.

well there is thirty some odd percent of petroleum then twenty some of gas and coal. There is around five percent for other things like hydroelectricity and Biomass. I think that we could just use more wind power and solar power and maybe if we don't harm the fish we could do the hydroelectric power.

The main sources of energy come from natural gases and coal, wind/water, biomass, and nuclear waste and stuff, and petroleum. About 23% come from natural gases and coal, 4% from wind and water, 8% for nuclear waste and other nuclear things, and 39% of petroleum. We can change the energy sources by using more things such as hydroelectric power or use windmills for energy.
