I think that itis going to form a mixture. Then it might just overflow or something cool like that. We will also obviously learn something with the lab. That is what I think the lab will be like.
In todayslab when we mix it I think that it will all fizz up. I think it might fizz so much that it over flows because the two things are reacting so much that it fizzes. So I think in the lab today the things will chemicaly react and form something.
i think that we will make a huge mess!! haha....but i think that they will react and form a chemical reaction making the chemicals form a different state than before.
well i think that there will be a reaction to the stuff and it will proabably make a HUGE MESS! but that would be real fun and made class really fun! =)
the first time we mixed it it just fizzed up. the second time we mixed it it dissolved. but i thought it would fizz over and make a mess. but i guess i was wrong i didnt think it would only fizz that much i thought it would fizz alot more. and i would of never guessed it would dissolve.
It formed a clear substance after the baking soda had dissolved. It didn't disssolve until we added the extra 3ml of HCL. It sorted of started to fizz when we first dumped in the HCL, but then once we stirred it, it completely dissolved and looked like water.
It fizzed a bit when we poured the HCl in, but then it pretty much chilled out for awhile. Some of the baking soda dissolved over a minute or so. It wasn't too drastic.
I thought it would fizz up really high. Like pop and bacing soda. First it fizzed up a little bit then it went down with a little bit of solid at the bottom. Then the second time every thing cleared up.
In the lab today we mixed baking soda with HCL. We put 3mL of HCL with 0.5mL of baking soda and it started to fizz at first. Then the baking soda started to dissolve in with the HCL and eventually went clear.
to day i think it is going to all fizz up and overflow. but since we did it today i know that it didnt overflow it did a ittle but not alot then the 2nd time it just got clear.......

I thinkfor our lab today that it will combine to form a mixture and it will bubble or make a sizziling noise.

I think that today's lab that they did probably fizzed or overflowed or something cool.
