What is acceleration? How does it realte to the speed of an object?

Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity. This relates to speed through velocity. Velocity is the speed and direction of something. So if acceleration is the rate of the change of velocity, it is the change of speed or direction.

Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity. When the velocity of an object changes, the object is accelerating. Velocity includes the speed and direction of an object. Acceleration then happens, when the object changes speed.

Acceleration is the rate of change in velocity. Velocity involves the speed and direction of an object. So if the speed changes, the acceleration changes to show a positive acceleration or negative acceleration.

Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity. This relates to speed through its velocity.

Acceleration is the rate of change of a velocity. Acceleration relates to speed because the faster and object accelerates, the faster it gains speed.

Acceleration is how long it takes a certain object to get to a wanted speed. Just like a car, (0-60) in 5.4 seconds or what ever it is that you test the acceleratoin of.

Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity, so you will basically go faster.

Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity. It can be calculated by dividing the change in velocity by the time it takes the change to occur. Objects that slow down, and speed up are considered to be accelerating. They both are changing speed.

accleration is rate of change of velocity. and velocity is speed and the direction

Accleration is the rate of change of velocity, and it can be calculated by dividing the change in the velocityby the itme it takes the change to occur. It relates to speed cause it usually deals with going fast and when you have speed you go fast and that also deals with accleration.

Acceleration is the rate of change in velocity. It relates to the speed of an object because acceleration is the change in velocity and the velocity is the speed of an object and the direction it is going

Acceleration is the increase of the speed of an object. In order to have a higher speed you need to have fast acceleration.

Accelerations is that rate of change of velocity. IT relates to speed in velocity. Veocity is the direction and speed of everything. The accelerations is the change in velocity it changes the direction or its speed.

aceleration is the rate of chnge of velocity.

Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity. Speed has to deal with velocity, like acceleration.

Acceleration is the rate of velocity and the speed is through velocity and accleration is the change of speed or direction.

Well acceleration is the change in velocity over time. Acceleration is related to speed because the faster you accelerate the faster the speed is.

acceleration is the rate of change of velocity. and the velovity is the directs and the speed that you are going and that relates to the speed of an object because the direction and the speed is relavent to the speed of the objct.

Acceleration has to dal with the time it takes the object to get to its full speed. It is the change of velocity. It has to deal with speed because the quicker it gets going the better the speed will be

Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity. Speed is related to this through velocity. Because, acceleration is the rate of the chance in velocity, its also the change of speed.
