Congrats
Congrats to everyone that was at Science Fair Yesterday. I'm really proud of all of you, a job well done. How is static electricity created? Is their any place in your home in which you get a shock when you walk through it?
static electricity is created by two objects rubbin up against eachother and they created a charges that is stored in an object. When u walk through our carpet u sometimes get a shock
well the static electricity is like when two things rub against eachother. They have a positive or negative and they create a shock like lighting. Sometimes is you have long carpet threads they can hold a big charge.
Static electricity is created by friction of two things rubbing against each other. And the charges build up in the object. When you touch things you can get a shock because that shock was created by static friction.
Static electricity is created by transferring energy between to objects that touch and create friction by rubbing together. It can be postive or negative. It is only caused because there is excess electric charges in an object.
Static electricity is created by two objects rubbing together aganist each other which creates a charge stored in the object. When you walk with socks or something else you might get shocked.
Static electricity is created when objects rub together and cause friction. There are a lot of places in out house that cause electricity. When I walk through our basement and grab my doorknob i get shocked a lot. Ther are more places than that in my house that cause you to get shocked.
Static electricity is the accumulation of excess electric charge on an object. It happens when things rub against each other. Before, both objects have a neutral charge. When they touch, one becomes negative and one becomes positive. You can get a shock if you are touching metal and touch a computer screen. Also, after you rub the carpet or something you can shock somebody. If your hair touches something it can get staticky.
Static electricity is created when two objects rub up against eachother and the 2 objects produce a charge that is stored in toher objects. Both objects before they touch eachtother they have a neutral charge. In your house when you are walking on your carpet and then you get a little shock and you could also get a little shock when you touch a computer screen.
Static electicity is created when 2 objects rub together and they create friction. They create charges that are that are stored in eachother. When you rub a balloon against your hair or walk over carpet you create static electricity.
Static electricity is created by two objects rubbing together and creating electricity...mabye touching your carpet and then a metal object could create a shock.
Static electricity is created by two or more objects rubbing against each other. An example would be when you rub your hands together or slide your feet on a rug. Also whenever I try to get on a trampoline or something I will always get shocked while I am moving towards the metal bar to lift myself up or when I touch it.
Static electricity is created by two objects transfering energy between them. This is done by the objects touching and rubbing against each other, causing friction. Often at my house, I am walking on the carpet, and then I touch someone, they get a shock.
static electricity is created by two objects rubbing against each other and creats charges that are stored in objects. when i walk on our carpet with socks sometimes i get a shock, but it is not very often.
