What did you learn from lab today?

I learned that motion detectors are really sensitive. I also learned that they aren't good at picking up your velocity when there are 20 other people in the room. It was a fun lab though.
Well i learned how the motion detector detects velocity and time of an object. I also remember how the detector gathers the information and puts it on a computer.
I learned that those motion detector thingys work pretty well. I also learned that sometimes they don't work very well, but when you move very slowly they work pretty good and pick up almost everything.
I learned that motion detectors pick up every little motion, even if it is 10 feet behind you. I also learned that if you go closer to the thing the graph lines go up. And when you go farther away it would go down. I think it was that way. I thought it was fun, but then the thing stopped working but overall i thought it was fun.
I learned about velocity and distance. We used motion detectors to graph our distance on one style, and on the other one we tried to match the velocity.
Motion can easily be detected. Your motions can be detected because you move closer and farther away at different speeds. The motion detector also can pic of very small motions and different motions through other people.
I learned that motion detectors pick up even little movements even from other groups. Also it was hard to follow the lines on the last 2 but the 1st one was pretty easy. It was fun though.
Well i learned that motion detectors are really like sensitive and they can pick up your velocity from a long ways away and it will pick up other people walking in the room.
i learned that the movement can be calculated. Volocity and distance are used all the time. Depending on the speed calculates the volocity and the distance is how far away you are.
Well what i learned in the lab today was that a motion dectector is very sensitive and it is really hard to follow the little line that you are given to follow from the chart.. and that if you move your hand to fast it will not work... and yeah.... thats about it..
Today i leared a lot about motion detectors and reaction time type stuff. I learned how to follow a line with it and you had to go back an fourth to follow the line. I learned that it is really sensitive by movements and that it didnt always work the best becasue of all the movement in the room.
I learned how to use one of those motion detectors things. I learned how to use munipulate it so the pattern is right. It was fun but i was so fast that i broke the mostion detector.
We learned how motion detectors can detect velocity and speed and distance of an object. It is very sensitive and if there is another person moving, it can pick them up and then it can mess with your motion detector.

Well, I learned that some motion detectors unfold into an L shape so you can sense motion ffrom different angles. AMAZING!! I also learned how to use the motion detector with logger pro and how to work it. It is really fun and pretty interesting.
