Well in todays lab we learned about the conductivity of the metals and nonmetals and then we also learned about the if it was brittle or if it would brake when we hit it with hammer. It was GREAT FUN!
i learned about the conductivity of metals and nonmetals and if it woud make electricity or now. we also tested if it would break or not. i learned that sulfur and carbon were the only ones that broke. and magnesium, aluminum, and lead all made electricity. so basically the metals made electricity and didnt break. nonmetals didnt make electricity and broke.
In todays lab i learned about conductivity of metals and nonmetals. We also got to smash things with a hammer and we also got to hook the elements up to see it the lightbulb would light up.
i learned that sulfur can not cinduct electricity but lead does and carbon doesnt and aluminum does and sulfur doesnt. and I learned which ones are brittle ans malleable.
We learned about the conductivity of metals and nonmetals. We also learned how to tell if it is brittle or malleable. We tested that by hitting it with a hammer. If it shattered, it was brittle. I thought it was actually pretty fun!
Well in lab today i learned that carbon is brittle and it doesnt conduct electricity. We did this for like 5 other things too and i learned about each of them. I also learned that me and my group also have a lot more in common than i thought! We get along and we have fun, like today....haha it was amazing!
I learned that if you can't smell sulfur, you should smash it with a hammer to release the stink. Also, I learned that lead is super-malleable. It was a fun lab that involved smashing things and putting electricity through them. FUN TIMES!
I learned about the properties of metals and nonmetals. I got to work firsthand and visually see if it conducted electricity and best of all.... we got to use a hammer in school. ha
I learned the different things that can conduct electrcity and if they are maluealble or not. We learned about the conductivity and then we had to see what the others found out to. I learned that most of the things conducted electricity.
Well i learned that all the metals lit the light bulb and all the nun metals did not. This is because metals are good conductors of electricity. I also learned that carbon was brittle and alluminum was malleable.
That metal conducts electricity better than nonmetals. The nonmetals were brittle and broke when we hit them with the hammer. The metals were maluable.
Todays lab i learned about conductivity of metals and stuff and we saw if it was brittle or if it was maliable or not so we hit hit it with a hammer and yeah.
We learned about metals and nonmetals and whether they are malleable or brittle. We also learned whether they were good conductors or not. It was a pretty awesome lab.
That the metals make electricity. And the nonmetals, not so much! Aluminum we said did not make electricity, but we were wrong. I enjoyed this a ton. It was fun and my favorite element was sulfur because it was cool. But it smelled bad!
I learned that sulfur and carbon are nonmetals and how metals are great conductors. I liked it when we had to hit all the elements with a hammer. I really thought it was going to be boring but it was actually fun.
I learned in today's lab about the metals and the conductivity of metals. Carbon was one of the things we had to try to use to light a light bulb. We got carbon to work even though it shouldn't have.
I have learned what elements are malleable and also what elements can conduct electricity. Also that most nonmetals are not good conductors and also how they are more brittle than metals.
Well, today's lab was quite fun! We got to smash things and create electricity!! i learned that metals conduct electricity and that some metals can bend. Some nonmetals are colorful and very brittle. Some metals are also different colors and different textures. ~HaPpY fRiDaY~

In todays lab i learned what is conductable and what isnt and what is brittle and isnt. We also got to make a light work
we learned that nonmetals wont conduct electicity and metals will do it better, and we also learned that suff can be Maluable or not

today i learned that carbon does not give you elecrticty and what is malable and what is brittle
